Sarah & Rob Tucker would like to welcome you to The Reeds – an impressive detached bungalow with a decidedly contemporary feel situated off Moor Lane, in Croyde.
Designed for up to six people and sitting in its own mature lawned gardens, this property is exceptional and has again received the highest 5* award from independent inspectors Visit England.
New for 2015 – the master bedroom will have its own ensuite from Easter 2015 – therefore, The Reeds will then now have two bathrooms thus ensuring our coveted 5* status!!
The Reeds boasts two double rooms with King size beds and a twin. The spacious lounge opens directly onto the huge south facing sun deck which in turn leads back into the well appointed kitchen. Oak flooring with travertine tiling completes the interior décor.
The bungalow has all the equipment you would expect – Colour TV’s, Sky, DVD, CD and complimentary Wi-Fi. In the kitchen – dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge, freezer, cooker and drinks fridge. Outside, on the sun deck there are oak tables and chairs, reclining sun loungers and a “Weber” barbeque for your enjoyment. There is also a garden shed for storage of surfboards etc. Croyde beach can be accessed within 400m and we also offer complimentary car parking at our multi-award winning beach at Putsborough Sands for the duration of your stay. There is ample parking at the property, all linen is provided and there are no extra charges. A well behaved dog is permitted.

However, we let the eight main weeks of the peak summer school holidays ourselves and you should contact us directly for these weeks, or indeed should you have any questions that we can help you with. Equally, please feel free to contact us direct for enquiries for the winter months.
Our booking terms are that firm bookings can only be accepted upon receipt of 25% of the hire charge and in any event all provisionally made bookings must be confirmed with said deposit by 15th January after which, non-confirmed provisional bookings will be liable to re letting.
The full balance is payable four weeks prior to arrival.
Cancellations received within 8 weeks of the booked period will incur loss of deposit. Cancellations received within four weeks of the booked period will incur liability for the full amount. Some form of holiday insurance, therefore, may be a consideration.
Possession will normally be given at around 3pm on the day of arrival. Clients are requested to depart no later than 10am.
Visitors are to be responsible for taking good care of the property and the contents at all times. They must leave the bungalow in a good and tidy condition by the requested time of departure. Any breakages or damage may be charged.

Aside from the main spring and summer school holidays, there will be a 10% discount for 2 person occupancy. Those clients booking a fortnight, there is a 10% discount on the second week.
