Two 16th century oak beamed thatched cottages situated in the heart of Putsborough, a small hamlet half a mile inland from the multi-award winning beach at Putsborough Sands. These cottages are semi-detached, sleeping up to six and four respectively. Both have been refurbished to a high standard and include everything you would expect for a great vacation, including complimentary car parking at Putsborough Sands, which is run by the same family.
Alternatively, a short walk across our fields affords fantastic views across the bay as you walk down to enjoy our magnificent beach.
Each cottage has all the equipment you could wish for: Colour TV, DVD, CD, dishwasher, cooker, microwave, washing machine, fridge, freezer and a cot and high chair if required.
Garden furniture is also provided for those warm summer evenings relaxing as the sun goes down. Both cottages are heated by storage heaters and electricity is included. There are no extra charges. All bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided.
A dog may be accepted at certain times of the year by prior arrangement. Parking for your vehicles is adjacent.The Anchorage

Overlooking Putsborough Manor and Manor Farm, this cottage is surrounded on three sides by a secluded garden for your enjoyment and sleeping up to six people, with two double rooms, one en suite, and a twin room. There is a very well equipped kitchen and a large lounge / dining room. The main bathroom and the smaller of the double rooms are downstairs. A rear porch is very useful for coats and wellies etc.Thatch Cottage:
The smaller of our two delightful cottages is designed for up to four people, it has a very secluded garden at the rear of the property accessed through a stable door from the kitchen. Internally, there is a downstairs bathroom, kitchen and lounge/ diner. Upstairs boasts a double and a twin bedroom.
