The Caravan Park - Extra Charges

Youngsters aged 4-17 @ £4 per night

Oversize/Extra wide awnings @ £8 per night

In order to protect the pitch as much as possible for the benefit of all users, a single breathable groundsheet is allowed.

No solid plastic groundsheets.

For those clients who use no groundsheet a 25% discount can be deducted from these awning charges

A deposit of £50.00 per week booked is payable upon confirmation. New clients may be asked to pay the basic weekly cost of the holiday including VAT six weeks prior to arrival. In both instances, the full amount is due for payment NO LATER THAN THREEE DAYS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE FROM THE SITE.

Extra vehicles are subject to daily/weekly car park rates by arrangement with the Park Manager.

A toilet block, surf hire point and beach shop adjacent to the site. Hot showers and a laundry room are available at our Manor Farm site which is approximately half a mile inland. THERE ARE NO EXTRA CHARGES FOR THESE FACILITIES.

All charges are subject to V.A.T. STRICTLY NO TENTS AND ONLY ONE AWNING PER SITE.
